Swimming Performance Enhancement Workshop 

Presented by Perth Integrated Health Clinic and Riverton Aquanauts 

As an athlete it is important to look after your body when training and competing in swimming.
Perth Integrated Health (PIH) works closely with swimmers of all ages from beginners to elite, providing a high level of hands on treatment in addition to using state of the art treatment technology. Regular neuromuscular treatment has shown to also reduce the chance of injury and improve performance and general wellbeing. This workshop is designed for parents, guardians, coaches and swimmers.
